Major rail upgrades around Greater Manchester have been delayed by a combined total of more than 14 years, the M.E.N can reveal.
Trains through Shropshire on track to improve
One of the companies shortlisted to run trains through Shropshire later this year was in partnership with the failed firm Carillion.
