  • HS2 line 'will mean improved West Coast Main Line services'The government's decision to support the creation of a high-speed rail network in England has been commended by a major train operator. According to Network Rail, the HS2 project will help to ease the burden on the existing West Coast Main Line and result in fewer services being overcrowded.
